Import a DNS Zone

DNS zones can be imported in to DurableDNS from an existing DNS server. This is accomplished using a AXFR record. Your existing DNS server must support AXFR transfers and must allow AXFR transfers from the following IP addresses: 209.123.162.225, 209.123.162.226.

To import a DNS zone, enter the Zone Name to be imported (i.e. example.com) and the hostname of the nameserver to import the zone from (i.e. ns1.example.com). If the import was successful, your zone and all of the associated records should immediately be viewable in the DurableDNS control panel.
